I have been a Realtor in the Monmouth County area since March of 2000. I also provide real estate services to Colts Neck and Holmdel. Prior to that I worked in Human Resources in New York City in the Banking and Publishing industries. When I began in Real Estate I had a keen interest in real estate and in the history of the area. My focus was to do real estate in a better and more personal way than it had been done in the past. After working for a large national franchise for several years and becoming a successful agent rather quickly I turned my focus back to improving the way I do business. I decided in October of 2005 to start Critelli & Kilbride Realtors so that I had total control over the quality of service that I provide to my clients. Once I had total control over advertising, marketing, customer service and the agents that I hire, the journey began.
